- Solutions are at least self-supporting for energy, water and waste and generate profits instead of only costs.
- This requires a view and control over the full upcycling value chain.
As concept development and project management company, we work as an EPCM contractor:
- EPCM: engineering, procurement & construction management
- Engineering: Development from idea till conceptual design (including Feasibility Study and pre-engineering)
- Procurement: Management of EPC-contractors and supplier contracts on behalf of the client
- Construction Management: on-site project management from ‘green light’ to turnkey handover of the facility after commissioning.
